Tuition Fee

The tuition fee you pay for an academic year depends on the type of study contract, the number of credits for which you are enrolled and your possible entitlement to a study grant from the Flemish Government.

The school fee is the same for non-EU students as it is for the EU students. The study fees are always the same for premaster year and master year.

A standard registration in 2025-2026

In the academic year 2025-2026, the rates for a standard registration (contract of 60 credits) are:

• Without student finance, you pay €1157
• As a grant rate student, you pay €136.50
• As a near-grant rate student, you pay €611

You will receive your invoice for the tuition fee by e-mail in your PXL mailbox within 2 weeks of registering your study programme.

This invoice consists of 2 parts

• Invoice 1: the advance payment - €136.50 to be paid within 7 calendar days
• Invoice 2: the remaining amount - to be paid before 15/11/2025

Do you think you qualify for a study grant? Then have the social service of PXL University College make a calculation based on the 2023-2024 assessment notice of the person on whom the student is dependent. You can contact the social services via socialedienst@pxl.be

You can obtain a payment plan via betalen@pxl.be. Always check first whether you are eligible for a study grant!

Possible school fieldtrips and materials are not included in the tuition fee.

Attention

The amounts relate to the academic year, are indexed annually and may differ slightly next academic year.

Any additional costs are separate from the tuition fee.
• purchase of laptop
• purchase of study material
• rent of room
• transport costs
• leisure activities

Financial Aid

The school does not provide any scholarships itself, but the school has financial aid programs. The financial aid is towards costs by mandatory school field trips, laptop purchases, material costs, transport (train, bus, bike), international travels (for internships, exchange programmes, mandatory school field trips), accommodation (rent). They also have interest free study loans to cover the school fee.

All students who wish to apply for this, student aid will be assessed individually based on the requested documents. You can only apply for this once you start your studies as they ask you also for your rental contract. NOTE! it is not 100% certain you will receive this aid.
