Application Procedure for Erasmus

 

GENERAL DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION
 
For Autumn Exchange (study period starting mid September): May 15th
For Spring Exchange (study period starting between January-May): November 1st 


APPLY FOR A ERASMUS EXCHANGE AT CAMPUS HASSELT

Please enrol by sending the application form, learning agreement and housing form to international@phl.be.  
 
Send the complete application package by post mail to PHL University College, Ms Natalie Lefevere, International Office, Elfde-Liniestraat 23a, Building D, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium before arrival.

!! We need two original documents of the application form and the Learning Agreement !!
 
The housing application form needs to be provided with the application package and can be found here.
 
!! TO AVOID READING MISTAKES, PLEASE FILL OUT THESE DOCUMENTS BY COMPUTER !!
 
Fill the application forms out by computer and have them signed by your home institution. Submit a digital copy (scan) with all signatures and send the original application documents to the International Office before the deadline. Only complete and correct applications will be forwarded to the departments. Upon acceptance by the department the International Office will draw up an official letter of admission and send an admission package to your home institution.

APPLY FOR AN ERASMUS EXCHANGE AT CAMPUS C-MINE 

To study in one of our programs you can contact the international officer (Mr Jan Louis De Bruyn) for a general inquiry. Your application will be forwarded to the coordinating lecturer in each study program so that your request ends up with the right person.
 
Students can be enrolled either in 3rd Bachelor or in 1st Master level. This depends on the chosen field of study and your previous years of study.

All incoming students need to register on our online Mobility platform. Here you need to fill in every requested step so that we can evaluate your application request. All the required documents are provided in your online dossier.
 
You will always have online access to this platform during your study period with us and in that way we can both manage all documents and steps to be filled in and approved.
